Returns & Exchanges

We really hope that you love your Cherrisse items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return or exchange please read the following before you proceed:

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days of receiving the order. As a customer you have a right of withdrawal for 7 days after receipt of the goods. 

The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please read "How to make a claim" below.

Swimwear does not qualify for returns/exchanges. 

Items on Sale do not qualify for returns/exchange.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you would like to make a return, please write to contact@cherrisse.com to proceed. Please note the following:

  • We do not cover the return shipping cost. You will only be refunded for your order.
  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 7 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference. Please email us the proof of your tracking number.


HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please write to contact@cherrisse.com to proceed.

Please note the following:

  • We will not cover the shipping costs.
  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference. Please email us the proof of your tracking number.

If you need help with your exchange, please write and email to contact@cherrisse.com to proceed.


HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please reach out to contact@cherrisse.com to make a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect in the email.

When your complaint has been submitted, we'll get back to you with further shipping instructions.

Please note the following:

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
